Patrick – Chief Executive Officer & General Counsel

Patrick Coffin serves as the Chief Executive Officer at LunchPro. In addition to that, Patrick is the managing member of Coffin & Bailey, PLLC a Dallas based law firm with over 40 years combined experience forged in elite national and international law firms. Pat is a business-person’s lawyer, developing creative solutions to lead clients through all aspects of their corporate legal needs. He spent the initial portion of his legal career training with some of the most well-known real estate lawyers in the Dallas area, spending five years at a large international law firm working on multi-million dollar real estate transactions. He has a BA, with honors, from Laurentian University, a Master’s in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University, and a JD from St. Mary’s School of Law.
